Lifting platforms

Our company designs and manufactures the special pneumatically operated lifting platforms (automatic air-operated access platforms) for working at the height inside the painting and blasting chambers. The lifting platforms are used when it is required to provide safe and convenient access to large-sized products during the sand blasting and painting jobs.

Due to access platforms:

  • safe work 
  • increased productivity 
  • quality surface treatment and preparation 

 

Lifting platform is automatic lifting equipment for moving in three axes, which allows the operator to have safe and easy access to a cleaned and painted units. Platform is suspended at special monorail attached to the wall of booth at high level.


All our access platforms are mounted only on the wall and haven’t contact with a floor of booth.

 

Depending on the design features of the booth and the size of products, we can offer three different modifications of access platforms.

 

Lifting platform LPP-PX-S (for painting booths) and LPB-PX-S (for blasting booths)

Lifting platform (access platform) series “S” is standard model, with maximum extension not more 1200 mm.

Access platform series “L” is the model with decreased dimension from a wall in the folded state and increased extension -1600 mm.

The modifications of platform for blast room have some special features:

 

  • Pneumatic cylinders are placed between two vertical guide columns or inside of special protective cover
  • Additional rubber protection of the steel screen of vertical guide columns
  • Special design of mechanism for horizontal motion of the platform
  • Protection of pneumatic tubes and chain
  • Covers over rollers
  • Covers on lower supporting wheels
  • Protection cover underneath cage, hinged for easy maintenance
  • Protection “tent” between cage and vertical guide columns, to protect the slide mechanism for in/out movement
  • Blow gun with hose installed in cage for cleaning cage and rails between jobs
  • Protection over control panel
