The recovery (recycling) system is designed for abrasive cleaning from debris and dust, his accumulation to further downloads at the blasting machines (blast pots). The main part of this system are abrasive separator. This unit most often are working as a part of the system of collection and regeneration of abrasive, but may be executed also as a separate device.
During the shot blasting process, dust is generated inside the blastroom (blast booth), which is in air. This impairs the visibility, moreover, the dust will fall in a used abrasive, that will lead to additional load on the recovery system.
Lifting platform provides a convenient and secure access of operators to the big cleaned units inside of blasting booth. Platforms have pneumatic drive, they move along all three axes (3-axis platform) and increases safety of operators during the surface treatment. Control panel of lifting platform is located in the operator's cage.
